Order Info
After receiving an email confirming your order you will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when the package has been sent. (Usually 2-3 business days). International orders will be processed and packed within two days and shipped within five days. All domestic orders are shipped with USPS or UPS Delivery Confirmation included. This allows us to track the package. If there is any problem with delivery, please get in touch with us. Keep in mind that ParkLife will not be held responsible for lost packages shown as "Delivered".

If you order something that is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the option to either cancel that item or wait for us to restock. We are very hands on with our customer service and we try very hard to get you what you want.

For questions regarding pending orders, please email answers@parklifestore.com and be sure to include your order number. You will receive a response within one business day.

Shipping Rates
Domestic: Most regular orders shipped to US addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and are charged the exact actual shipping costs plus a small packaging fee. We currently do not offer next day service but if you really need your order, then call us before 3pm and we will try to make it happen.

Returns/Exchanges
ParkLife understands sometimes things need to be returned or exchanged. You may return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date (with pre-approval).

Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition. Meaning garments must have their original tags and be unwashed. Items that come packaged must be unopened. In other words, if the item is altered from its original received state then chances are we will not accept the return.

YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us immediately at answers@parklifestore.com and we will take care of it.

Errors/Omissions
We are human and sometimes we will make mistakes. Price errors can occur. We will not be held responsible for errors in prices. If an error does occur we will contact you and quote you the correct price, you then have the option to either cancel that item or accept the correct price.

Privacy
Your information (name, address, email, etc) will not be sold to any list. Your email however will be added to our mailing list. If you do not want to be added there will be an opt-out option on any "mailing list" emails we send to you.
