Park Life is pleased to announce the opening of Ian Johnson's new show titled Other Rooms/Other Songs. Jazz greats are again the focus of Johnson's sensitively rendered, subtly nuanced figure drawings set against his distinctive backdrops of vibrant, graphically abstract color arrangements.

This show represents some interesting differences from our past program. Although Holly and Justin's work are linked to past shows through the commonality of a narrative mode, their work differs in style and theme. Rather than representing ideas through well defined symbols, actions and characters, Holly and Justin use banal everyday images to convey their ideas.
